Going Gluten Free
In my opinion, going gluten free is the second hardest part of this process! I do feel that if you went through the first section, it should make this process a little easier because hopefully you have cut out some things that have gluten in them! I want to make sure that you truly have, though. That is why I've included this section. I have broken it down into simple steps to make this as seamless as possible for you. There's also some information about ingredients and clean eating because when you get into buying gluten free items, choosing the right packaged items is important as well.
Disclaimer: There is some conflicting information out regarding whether going gluten free truly helps our PCOS symptoms. Based on my research and experiences with coaching women with and without PCOS, I am almost convinced that it is bad for everyone. Maybe it's not the gluten itself and just the way it is processed or what is sprayed on the grains while being grown. Regardless, I'm not a fan of it. In my opinion, it's worth at least trying to go without it for at least 2 weeks (4 weeks would be better) to see how you feel.
