Disclaimer: There is also conflicting information about dairy products and PCOS. Based on my research, I do not feel comfortable recommending women to drink dairy milk. However, for myself and for others that I've worked with, some of the other items are not bothersome in small quantities - cheese, greek yogurt, heavy cream. Listen to your body. Maybe it's something you want to cut out for a while and gradually add back in once you feel better health wise to see how you react.
